Title I General Provisions
The purpose of collecting your personal and/or business data is to fully control the registration of participants in the 1st World Mariachi Congress, Mexico City, to obtain your contact information for use if necessary, and to collect the necessary data for the event's organization.
For the purposes of this document:

- CANACO. National Chamber of Commerce of Mexico City.
- ARCO. Acceso, Rectificación, Cancelación y/u Oposición.
- Law. Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.
The personal and business data obtained will be used for the following purposes:
- To promote mariachi music in all mass media.
- To institutionalize the Congress.
- To inform all groups of the details of the Congress.
- To foster relationships and networks among people and creators, to increase the positioning of mariachi as a music that unites and promotes community building.
- To record all those registered to participate in the World Mariachi Congress.
- Your personal data will be used to include you in a CANACO database as interested in the World Mariachi Congress, to receive information about upcoming events, promotions, invitations, courses, sessions, workshops, related events, and any other informative material that CANACO deems important.
- To conduct market research, statistical reports, marketing studies, and profiles of potential users who like mariachi music.
- For evaluations and satisfaction surveys regarding the World Mariachi Congress.
Regarding consent, it is understood that you grant it to us when you provide us with your data by any means, whether by telephone, email, in person, or by any other means. Likewise, your data may be obtained through a third party to whom you have been authorized to transfer such data.
The data collected is:
- Full name
- Address
- Tax ID (RFC)
- Landline or mobile phone numbers
- Email addresses

Data Processing
We inform you that CANACO will adopt the necessary measures to ensure that the people who have access to your business data comply with the privacy policy and the principles of personal data protection established in the Law.
We inform you that your data may be shared within and outside the country with the following third-party recipients, for the following purposes:
- For statistical, marketing, advertising, and projection purposes, and to provide you with quality service.
- To CANACO's external advisors to address claims, requests, or complaints related to the services provided by CANACO.
- In the legally foreseen cases, they have been requested by competent authorities.

Your data will remain in our database for five years as long as there is no opposition.

ARCO Rights
By Article 30 of the Law, CANACO designates the CANACO Communication department as responsible for the privacy of your data, through which you may exercise your ARCO rights through the following means:
- In-person: By submitting a written request with the owner's autograph, as well as an address or other means to communicate the response to your request, it will be presented directly at our offices located at the address mentioned in the first paragraph of this NOTICE, in the Communication Area, specifying the right or rights to be exercised. This can be done from Monday to Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- By phone: Call 55-36-85-22-69 ext. 1455, Monday through Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- specifying the right or rights to be exercised.
If CANACO does not obtain your express opposition to having your personal data published in the manner and terms described, we will understand that you have given your tacit consent for them. If you do not wish to receive promotional messages from us, you may send us a request through the aforementioned emails.
Important:
We reserve the right to modify or update this privacy notice at any time to address legislative or jurisprudential novelties, internal policies, and new requirements for providing or offering our services or products and also to adapt to market practices or the Law itself.
